This Privacy Policy explains how TradeMatch ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit tradematch.top and take our trading-platform matching quiz.

1.1 Quiz answers
When you take the quiz, your selected answers (e.g. experience level, capital range, preferred trading style) are processed in your browser to generate a platform recommendation. We do not require you to provide your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifier to complete the quiz.
1.2 Automatically collected technical data
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools automatically collect:
- IP address (used in aggregated, often anonymized form)
- Approximate location (country / region) derived from IP
- Device type, operating system, browser type and version
- Referring URL and the pages you visit on our site
- Date and time of access
1.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics and advertising attribution. Specifically:

When you click on a partner platform recommendation, you leave our site and the partner platform's own privacy policy applies. We do not control how partner platforms handle your data once you visit their site.
4. Affiliate disclosure
TradeMatch may receive compensation when a user opens a trading account on a partner platform after following a recommendation on this site. This compensation does not change the price you pay (you never pay TradeMatch) and does not influence the quiz logic — the matching is based solely on your self-reported answers.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU GDPR and California CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Request access to information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of personal data.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

6. Data retention
Aggregated and analytics data is retained for as long as needed to measure traffic and campaign performance, typically up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults. Server logs are retained for shorter periods consistent with operational needs.
7. Children
This site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page.
